Introduction

Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they include all your rights and obligations related to your use of Maazim Technologies (Maazim App), owned by Maazim E-Commerce, a limited liability company established in Saudi Arabia with its headquarters in Riyadh, registered with the Saudi Ministry of Commerce under commercial registration number (1010856059) as a user of the app "Service Seeker".

Contractual Relationship:

• The app facilitates the contracting process between you as a user "Service Seeker" and Maazim E-Commerce or the entities and individuals "Service Provider" that provide gifts, meals, and banquets services, enabling you to invite whomever you want and deliver it to them at the place and time you choose.
• These terms and conditions, including the terms of use, govern the relationship that governs the access or use of service seekers from individuals and entities within Saudi Arabia to Maazim App.

• Whenever the words/phrases "the Company" or "Maazim E-Commerce" or "Maazim Trading" or "Maazim" are mentioned in these terms, it refers to Maazim E-Commerce.
• Whenever the words/phrases "Maazim App" or "the App" or "the Platform" are mentioned in these terms, it refers to the app owned by Maazim E-Commerce through which the service is provided to you.
• Your access to and use of the app constitutes an explicit agreement to abide by these terms, creating a contractual relationship between you and Maazim. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the app and benefit from the services. These terms replace any prior agreements or arrangements made with you. The company may terminate these terms or any services pertaining to you immediately or generally stop offering services or prevent access to them or any part thereof at any time and for any reason.

3. Maazim's right to apply its privacy policy to its information.
4. The information you provide is accurate and you bear all legal consequences if it is found otherwise.
5. Maazim may amend the terms relating to the services from time to time. The amendments take effect when these updated terms are published on this site or when the modified policies or supplementary terms related to the provided service are published. Your continued access to or use of the services after such publication constitutes your agreement to abide by the modified terms.

Privacy

• We collect and use personal data in relation to the services as stipulated in Maazim E-Commerce's privacy policy and may provide necessary information (including your contact information) to claims settlement companies or insurance companies in case of a complaint, dispute, or disagreement where such information or data is necessary to settle the complaint, dispute, or disagreement.
• The app's data obtained is owned by Maazim E-Commerce, and you have no right to use it for any other purpose or disclose it to others without written permission from the company.

Services

• The app is a technological platform that enables you to access Maazim's store or service providers from entities and individuals and contract with them as a user/service seeker through the app as an intermediary between you and the service provider. The platform does not provide the services directly, nor does it act as a service provider company. It also does not represent service providers in any way nor does it act as a service provider.
• These terms do not create any obligation on the company of any kind regarding the products you order from the service providers on the app; rather, the relationship is established between you and the individuals or entity providing the service.

License

1. Access and use the app on your personal device solely in relation to your request for the services;
2. Access individuals and companies — service providers — through the app and contract with them.

Restrictions

1. Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from any part of the services;
2. Reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, license, lease, sell, resell, transfer, publicly display, publicly perform, transmit, stream, broadcast, or otherwise exploit the services except as expressly permitted by Maazim E-Commerce.
3. Decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the services except as permitted by applicable law.
4. Link to, mirror, or frame any part of the services.
5. Create or cause to be created any programs or scripts for the purpose of scraping, indexing, surveying, or otherwise data mining any portion of the services, or unduly burdening or hindering the operation and/or functionality of any aspect of the services.
6. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to or impair any aspect of the services or its related systems or networks.

Ownership

The app and the services it provides, along with all related rights, remain the exclusive property of Maazim E-Commerce. These terms and your use of the app do not grant you any rights other than the limited license granted above as a user of the app "Service Seeker".

User Accounts

• To use most aspects of the services and benefit from the service, you must register for and maintain an active service account ("Account"). You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority to obtain an account. Account registration requires you to submit certain personal information to Maazim E-Commerce, such as your name, address, and mobile phone number.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, and you agree to maintain the security and confidentiality of your account username and password at all times.
• You agree not to use the app as a means to reach suspicious goals or engage in prohibited activities, and you bear full responsibility and legal consequences for any such violation.
• You may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. You agree to comply with all applicable laws when using the services and you may only use them for lawful purposes. You may not cause harm, inconvenience, annoyance, or property damage, whether to service seekers, service providers, or any other parties when using the services.

Text Messages

By creating an account, you agree that Maazim E-Commerce may send you informational or promotional text messages as part of the normal business operation of using the services. You may opt out of receiving text messages from the app at any time by contacting the company and indicating your desire not to receive further messages, including the mobile number receiving these messages.

Promotional Codes

1. Must be used for the intended audience and purpose and in a lawful manner.
2. May not be duplicated, sold, transferred in any manner, or made available to the public (whether posted to a public form or otherwise) unless expressly permitted by Maazim E-Commerce.
3. May be disabled by Maazim E-Commerce at any time for any reason without liability.
4. May only be used pursuant to the specific terms that Maazim E-Commerce establishes for each promotional code.
5. Are not valid for cash.
6. May expire prior to your use. Maazim E-Commerce reserves the right to withhold or deduct credits or other features or benefits obtained through the use of promotional codes by you or any other user if Maazim E-Commerce determines or believes that the use or redemption of the promotional code was in error, fraudulent, illegal, or in violation of the applicable promotional code terms or these terms.

Payment

• The prices listed in the app for services or products provided by service providers represent the total cost including value-added tax (VAT) and any other applicable charges.
• Payment for services or products ordered through the app is made through various methods, including electronic payment methods (such as credit cards) or other payment methods approved by Maazim E-Commerce. The payment gateway will be provided by the service provider and Maazim E-Commerce does not assume any responsibility for any errors or problems that occur during the payment process.
• You agree to pay the price of the service or product you ordered through the app as soon as the request is confirmed. Payment is non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or according to the terms and conditions of the service or product.

If you have any inquiries, complaints, or need support, you can contact Maazim E-Commerce via the app or through the company's official contact channels. The company will do its best to provide the necessary support and resolve any issues you may encounter.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These terms and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Saudi Arabia.
• The courts of Saudi Arabia will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).

Termination

Maazim E-Commerce may, at its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your account and your access to the app and services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app and services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the app.

Changes

Maazim E-Commerce reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
