The service requester can return the product upon receiving it, provided it is in its original condition upon receipt, unused, and in its original packaging with the original invoice and other conditions. Note that there are some exceptions for certain products. In all cases, Maazim E-Commerce Company, the owner of the application, adheres to your legal rights according to the instructions and decisions issued by the relevant government authorities. Therefore, please read these terms and conditions carefully, as they include your rights and obligations regarding the return of products ordered through (Maazim Application) "the application" owned by Maazim E-Commerce Company, a limited liability company established in Saudi Arabia, headquartered in Riyadh, and registered with the Saudi Ministry of Commerce under commercial registration number (1010856059) as a beneficiary user of the application "service requester".

Lost Invoice, Return or Warranty Availability:

Unfortunately, dear service requester, without the original invoice, we cannot accept returns or warranty claims, nor can we reprint the invoice (according to company policy).

Return Conditions:

Since the company acts as an intermediary between you and the service provider for some products, the return process is subject to the rules and conditions applied by the service provider, which must not conflict with the regulations and decisions issued by the relevant government authorities. Therefore, your legal right in this regard remains preserved whether dealing with Maazim E-Commerce Company or service providers through its application according to this policy.

Full Refund and Fee Deductions:

  1. If the product is returned due to damage upon delivery or a wrong product being delivered, the service requester will not be charged any shipping fees.
  2. In case of returning the product for other reasons (e.g., the service requester wants to exchange the product or changed their mind), the service requester will be responsible for paying shipping fees and any other charges due to the company.

Refund Mechanism, Method, and Duration:

  1. For orders purchased using a credit card: the paid amounts will be refunded directly to your card, and the time for the funds to be deposited in your account depends on the bank's regulations.
  2. For orders using Sadad: the amounts will be refunded from (Maazim E-Commerce Company) to the service requester’s account via bank transfer.
  3. The refund process for credit card payments takes from 7 to 14 business days, depending on the service requester's bank.

How to Return a Product:

Follow the steps below to return or exchange a product:

  2. We will register your request to return the product.
  3. If you want to return the product through the delivery partner, we will send you the shipping invoice number, and you need to print it and attach it to the product's box.

Excluded Products:

  1. We regret to inform you that returns are not accepted in the following cases:
  2. Used products.
  3. Products with defects or damage caused by misuse (e.g., breakage, scratches, incorrect use, etc.), as determined by the company's or service provider's team after inspection.
  4. Products not in their original packaging, products missing original labels or serial numbers, and missing accessories.
  5. Products subject to deterioration or not fit for use over time.

General Conditions:

  1. The product will be returned or exchanged upon your request as quickly as possible.
  2. The product must be in its original box with original labels and tags.
  3. The product must be unused and the packaging must be intact.
  4. The original invoice must be present.
  5. In the case of purchasing bundle offers, the service requester must return all products included in the bundle, and partial returns are not accepted, provided that all products are in their original condition.
  6. If the attached gifts are used, we regret to inform you that the product cannot be returned or exchanged.
  7. The service requester's purchase of the products and receipt of the invoice implies acceptance of the product's condition.
  8. You can request to exchange the product that meets the return conditions instead of a return, and the delivery of the exchanged product is treated as a new order without any additional charges.
